Second quarter of 2017 brought to the Czech industrial real estate market total number of 13 newly completed projects extending the supply for more than 208.000 sq m of leasable spaces, exceeding the milestone of 6,6 million sq m of total market stock.

The construction of a new distribution centre with a planned area of 7,588 sq m for the leading international logistic company Yusen Logistics has already been started. Of course, 108 AGENCY could not be missed at the commencement of the first column.

The cooperation of 108 AGENCY with the leading industrial developer CTP resulted in utilization of remaining available premises of CTPark Pilsen, located in Pilsen – Borská pole. New agreements were signed by the companies MD Elektronik and Top Control.

HyperMedia company, which is among the leading operators of the internet portals in the Czech market, has leased approximately 2,550 square meters of warehouse and office space in the Tescoma commercial area at the D1 highway, Exit 8. The company will start there the HyperOdvoz, a new project specializing in resale of unwanted goods.

GurmEko, a leading Czech producer and distributor of spices and seasoning mixtures, is moving its headquarters to the Almani park in Radonice, Prague East. The company has signed there a lease agreement for 3,550 m2 of warehouse and office space and in this July, it will start distributing from the park the goods to its customers.
