Prologis, Inc., the global leader in industrial real estate, has signed a lease agreement with Linemart, a third-party logistics provider owned by Shenzhen Sailvan Network, a China-based e-commerce company, for 18,166 square metres of distribution space at Prologis Park Prague-Airport DC1.
SECUPACK company, the owner and provider of Top-obaly.cz portal specializing in sales of packaging marterial and office supplies, has signed a new lease agreement for 2,400 sq m of warehouse and 400 sq m of office space at VGP Park Brno-Rajhrad. From this July on, the park premises will serve as the company´s new headquarters.
International logistics company LGI has recently renegotiated its existing lease contract including 9,760 square meters of warehouse and office spaces at Prologis Park Prague-Jirny. At the same time, the company has expanded the facility to other 5,800 square meters.

It was the last vacant warehouse space in the locality. Werco company moved from Říčany where they resided in several older buildings. The main reason for leaving the previous premises is a cost saving expectation related to storing and distribution.

SAPRIL GROUP, Czech producer of packaging material consisting of eight affiliates, has extended its production and rented new spaces at two industrial sites in northern Bohemia. In the area of Schoeller Litvínov, the SAPRIL s.r.o. company will newly operate at more than 12,000sq m. The company plans to employ there up to 200 people. In the city of Děčín, the SAPRIL Pro s.r.o. company has already started producing at approximately 4,000sq m with 50 employees. During both lease transactions, the SAPRIL GROUP was represented by 108 AGENCY Industrial Property Team.
BOHEMIA CARGO, a leading provider of logistic services in the Czech Republic, expands its storage capacities. In Přestanov, northern Bohemia, the company has recently leased approximately 5,000 s qm storage with a space for 8,000 pallet units, the storage will be opened this June.
108 AGENCY Industrial Property Team brokered two new leases with the KUKA Roboter GmbHV and TENNANT company. The new contracts have brought the second 4,900 sqm building in the Zdiby area to full occupancy.
