The new industrial premise will provide an employment for more than 500 people. Panattoni Europe has already been active in the region before, delivering the logistics premises for Tchibo and BWI in the nearby city of Cheb.

Jeremiášova 947 Business Park, a 11,8 hectare park in Prague Stodůlky providing 32,000 square meters of commercial premises, has recently changed the owner. The property belonging to the KONSTRUKTIVA LOKUS company has been sold to a Czech private investor. The new owner plans to further run and develop the park.

GurmEko, a leading Czech producer and distributor of spices and seasoning mixtures, is moving its headquarters to the Almani park in Radonice, Prague East. The company has signed there a lease agreement for 3,550 m2 of warehouse and office space and in this July, it will start distributing from the park the goods to its customers.
Developer company Prologis announced that it has signed a lease agreement with Bonami, a Czech e-commerce homewares retailer, for 5,795 square metres at Prologis Park Prague-Airport DC1.
