Japanese company Sumisho Global Logistics (SGL) specializing in pre-production logistics has expanded its warehouse capacity at CTPark Plzeň. Due to its growth, the company has leased there 6,000 sq m of new warehouse and office space adding to the original 26,500 sq m.
Prologis, Inc., the global leader in industrial real estate, has signed a lease agreement with Linemart, a third-party logistics provider owned by Shenzhen Sailvan Network, a China-based e-commerce company, for 18,166 square metres of distribution space at Prologis Park Prague-Airport DC1.
SECUPACK company, the owner and provider of Top-obaly.cz portal specializing in sales of packaging marterial and office supplies, has signed a new lease agreement for 2,400 sq m of warehouse and 400 sq m of office space at VGP Park Brno-Rajhrad. From this July on, the park premises will serve as the company´s new headquarters.
Účetnictví on-line, which provides accounting and tax services with online access, has signed a new lease in the office building Technopark in Pekařská street, Prague 5. Since this January, the company has been leasing there approximately 780 square meters of office space, which serves as the company's new headquarters.
108 AGENCY has been strengthening its activities in Moravia and is opening a new branch in Brno. The branch will be led by Lenka Mátlová, a new member in the company´s Czech team.

International logistics company LGI has recently renegotiated its existing lease contract including 9,760 square meters of warehouse and office spaces at Prologis Park Prague-Jirny. At the same time, the company has expanded the facility to other 5,800 square meters.
Country Life, Czech producer and seller of organic food, has expanded its storage capacity. Since this November, the company has been leasing new premises at Prologis Park Prague-Rudná, where it operates on approximately 5,300 square meters. Development company, P3, has signed a lease on a 10,787 m2 warehouse for the Czech Republic’s top online furniture retailer Exiteria at P3 Prague D11, which is close to exit 8 of the D11 highway north east of Prague city centre. As a result of the letting, P3 will now start work on the construction of a new 20,000 m2 logistics building – the first to be built at P3 Prague D11. The remaining 9,213 m2 of the space in the new warehouse will be built speculatively.
