Štěrboholská Business Center has been rented out

Commercial building of Štěrboholská Business Center situated in Prague 10 offers approximately 6 500 sq m of leaseable area which is completely rented out. Current tenants of the building have recently renegotiated their lease agreements and also few of new lease contracts have been signed there. The transactions has mediated the real estate consultancy firm, 108 AGENCY, which represents the project in renting of premises and also provides complex asset management of the object.

ČERVA company leases more than 31,000 sqm in Jeneč

108 AGENCY was behind one of the largest lease transactions on the industrial real estate market last year – 36,000 sqm of production space for Grammer in Žatec. This year 108 AGENCY has once again successfully mediated a significant transaction. Its consultants have agreed on the construction of new spaces with a size of approximately 31,000 sqm in Prologis Park Prague-Airport for ČERVA, a supplier of protective personal equipment.

Prologis expands with the Logistic park R6

American developer of industrial real eastate, the company Prologis, became a new owner of the logistic park R6 which bought from the company Skanska. Logistic park R6 with an area of 33 hectares allows the future construction of 135,000sq m. Transaction worth about 500 mil. CZ has been brokered by 108 AGENCY on behalf of Skanska Property Czech Republic.

SKLADUJ.cz successfully mediating new logistic rentals

New lease transactions of industrial space obtained through the SKLADUJ.cz portal have been mediated in Prague, Brno, Olomouc and Žatec. Companies which have been assisted by 108 AGENCY in rental of new storage and production space include BLK Servis, Eclipse Print, CS Cargo, Kampi Office, Cyan Logistic or Profilpas.
