Top-obaly.cz provider has leased 2,800 sq m at VGP Park Brno-Rajhrad

The company has decided to move to a new space because its current seat in the industrial park in Brno-Horní Heršpice is not sufficient anymore due to small capacity. „We have been dealing with the lack of warehouse space as we have been expanding and the current seat does not allow us to realize our plans for growth. We have chosen the park in Brno-Rajhrad for its quality premises and their excellent accessibility and we believe it will also help us to simplify the whole expedition process,“ said Dominik Řihák, SECUPACK CEO.

VGP Park Brno-Rajhrad is a modern logistic park owned by international development company VGP. The park offers 32,000 sq m of A standard commercial premises in total, suitable mainly for warehousing and manufacturing. Its location in the town of Rajhrad, Brno-venkov district provides an excellent access to the Brno-Tuřany International Airport as well as to I/52 motorway from where it is also easily visibile. „Regarding the current market situation, the offer of the VGP company was highly competitive and also the most favorable in terms of client´s needs. The fact, that one of the SECUPACK´s business partner is a current tenant in the park also played an important role in choosing the premises,“ commented Marek Sýkora from 108 AGENCY industrial team which acted as a real estate advisor on the deal.
