The 108 Agency Czech Republic and The 108 Agency Slovakia, Winners of the Prestigious CIJ Awards 2018

The 14th Construction and Investment Journal Awards, 2018, took place at the end of November in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The ceremony provides the awards to the best real estate projects, individual professionals, and teams in the field.

This year The 108 AGENCY Slovakia achieved high CIJ scores in two categories at once. The Best Warehouse Lease Award was won thanks to the underwriting of approx. 40 000 sq m in Senec, Nitra and Trnava with The Gefco logistics company. The firm partnership between The 108 AGENCY Slovakia and The Gefco also contributed to winning The Best Warehouse Power Broker Team in 2018 (with approx. 120 000 sq m leased). This victory would have been impossible without strong cooperation, and the highly qualified managing work of Branislav Jendek, the head of the Slovakian industrial team.

The 108 AGENCY Czech Republic succeeded in two categories as well. It became The Best Warehouse Power Broker Team for the third time in a row. In 2018 it arranged over 340 000 sq m of office and industrial leasing and sold 1 700 000 sq m of commercial real estate and land. In addition, the founder and managing director of The 108 AGENCY, Jakub Holec, was awarded The Best Real Estate Leadership prize for his outstanding performance and contribution to the development of the real estate consultancy The 108 AGENCY.
