We successfully implemented the FlexiPark Černý Most project, where we secured the complete lease of a complex comprising ten small business units combining showrooms, office space and warehouses.
Our goal was to bring creditworthy and long-term tenants to the project, which was achieved thanks to careful selection and effective negotiations. Key tenants include renowned companies such as Assa Abloy, Hella, Terranova, Aircom and others. In addition to successfully occupying the site, we continue to provide comprehensive management of the entire facility to ensure it operates efficiently and meets the needs of the tenants.
