New technology and storage incubator for Tefcold in P3 Ostrava Central (9,200 m²)

We have secured a new 9,200 m² technology and warehouse incubator for Tefcold in the logistics complex P3 Ostrava Central.

The client required a suitable location in the Ostrava region to expand its capacity. We provided full advice on commercial terms, ASTI and communication with the Danish management. The result is a long-term lease agreement for 10 years, which ensures stability and supports Tefcold's further development.
