For Padelpowers we have secured a unique location for indoor padel courts in the wider centre of Prague.
The client was looking for a suitable location that would offer sufficient space, excellent accessibility while maintaining the character of a premium sports facility. We found a brownfield site in Smichov, which allows flexible use and perfectly suits the needs of the project. Thanks to effective negotiations, we secured a long-term lease for 10 years, which gives the project stability and room for growth.
