108 REAL ESTATE played a key role in the acquisition of land in Blatnice u Plzně by CTP.
The transaction was successfully closed in a short time thanks to the proactive approach of the 108RE team, which was able to reconcile the diverse interests of the various parties. Two buildings with tenants are already standing on the 17.5 ha plot and there is room for further construction.
