Lenka Šindelářová moderated the panel at the Real Estate Market Autumn 2022 conference

Already the 21st year of the conference offered the opportunity to meet leading Czech experts across various fields. One of the contents of the conference was stimulating discussions on current topics, especially on developments and trends in the field of the Czech real estate market, development and investments.

Lenka Šindelářová, the moderator of the panel discussion, describes the current situation on the investment market: “Despite the cooling of investment activity, which is mainly due to the increase in financing costs and uncertainty regarding future economic and geopolitical developments, we agreed that well-managed real estate in a good location, which they meet ESG requirements and are energy efficient should survive the current situation well. The significant increase in rents, especially in the segment of high-end offices and warehouses, works against the decompression of yield rates.”
