KUHN-BOHEMIA build the new headquarters by Prague
The land plot is located in the cadastral area of Čestlice, Prague East. Location in well-established commercial zone right next to the D1 highway, at the exit Prague-Brno, will allow the complex to be well accessible. "The complex will be reached directly from the highway Exit 8. There is an advantage of no long waiting in line at the roundabout, which is a typical sign for other highway exits hit by an extensive industrial development," said Daniel Sys, Commercial Director, KUHN BOHEMIA company.
The complex will take the typical architecture known from other company´s buildings, traditionally designed by Mr. Heinrich Jungwirth, family architect of the KUHN group. It will visually correspond for example with the area of KUHN-SLOVAKIA built by the group several years ago in Senec, Slovakia. The space should meet a high class of workmanship in accordance with modern technical and technological standards and it is designed to be very friendly also to the environment. The complex will also be a subsidiary of the KUHN-MT company, a seller of car-forest cranes and container systems.
KUHN group is divided into two separate divisions, the division of construction machinery and the division of loading and handling equipment. These two divisions are organization- and operation-wise independent, both are managed from Austria.
KUHN division of construction machinery, also including the KUHN-BOHEMIA company, owns an exclusive marketing rights for Komatsu products, Powerscreen and Pegson screeners, crushers as well as FRD hydraulic hammers in eight European countries. KUHN division of loading and handling equipment is a seller of Palfinger hydraulic car-cranes and Mitsubishi forklifts.
