Jeremiášova 947 Business Park with new owner

The park consists of retail, office and industrial space occupied by a diverse mix of more than 50 tenants. Among its major tenants may include one of the Europe's largest furniture dealers SCONTO nábytek, a leading distributor of automotive and motorcycle spare parts ELIT CZ, a top seller of floor coverings in the Czech market Koberce BRENO or COBRA, a renowned company operating in the field of building hardware. The park serves also as a seat of the KONSTRUKTIVA LOKUS company, an existing owner of the park and one of the largest owners, lessors and operators of the construction cranes in the Czech Republic. „The park benefits from an attractive mix of tenants, easy transport accessibility and it is interesting also for a possibility of its expansion,“ said Marek Votava from 108 Investment Advisory, which has mediated a sale of the park. „The new owner aims to further develop cooperation with the current tenants and maximize a potential of the park to their profit,“ added.

Jeremiášova 947 Business Park is located between the streets Jeremiášova and Bavorská in Prague 13 - Stodůlky. The park provides an excellent transport connection to the Rozvadovská spojka following on the D5 highway in direction of the city center. Due to its location close to the metro station Stodůlky (B) and a bus stop, the park is easily accessible also by public transport. The park offers more than 450 parking spaces and its surroundings is retail and industrial area.
