GurmEko is moving headquarters to Radonice by Prague
"GurmEko grows as grow the needs and requirements of our clients. We have decided to move to a new space due to gradual expansion of our company and a capacity of the park, we are based now, is not insufficient anymore," said Jan Jelínek, GurmEko Executive Director and added: "The new park offers modern premises and flexibility, which are also in the line with our company´s strategy and advancement." Nowadays, the company operates in the industrial compound in Prague Čakovice.
Almani park provides modern warehouse and office space with a total size of 8,740 m2, other 5,000 m2 of commercial space are going to be built there. The park is situated in Radonice, Prague East, from where it is easily accessible from the D10 highway as well as by public transport. "The park is located close to the previous company´s seat and thus the company remains in the area, in which is already established. The park´s location right next to border of the capital city, but already in the Central Bohemian Region, offers also favorable conditions for business support in terms of European subsidy programs," stated Marek Sýkora from the 108 AGENCY Industrial Property Team, which acted as a real estate advisor on the deal.
