Europe Huajie Development Has New Office in Karlin

The Chinese company Europe Huajie Development, which specializes in e-commerce of various assortments, is preparing to enter the Czech market. Last year it has rented a speculative warehouse of approx. 25,000 sq m from Panattoni in the newly built Panattoni Park Prague Airport II.

„Prague–West is a very popular area among Chinese investors,“ states Peter Kolencik, from the consulting real estate agency 108 AGENCY and notes: „We are glad to meet at the same time the requirements of our client and developer“.

At the end of the last year with the help of 108 AGENCY Europe Huajie Development has found its home for the headquarter in the Czech Republic. Head office will soon start operating in the Rustonka Office Center, which is situated in Karlin, Prague 8.

Ondrej Strasirybka from the 108 AGENCY, who successfully mediated the negotiations, notices: „The Europe Huajie Development plans not only to bring Chinese production to the Czech Republic, but also to export European products to the Chinese market. For this reason, the strong operating centre is highly needed.“
