ČERVA company leases more than 31,000 sqm in Jeneč

ČERVA chose 108 AGENCY to look for its future business spaces from a number of real estate agents. The Financial Director of ČERVA, Miroslav Pivrnec, added: We chose 108 AGENCY because of its proactive approach and excellent knowledge of the market. The fact that it is a Czech company without a foreign owner also played a role as it represented a bonus of independence and objectivity for us.

108 AGENCY prepared a detailed comparison of all the offers of suitable spaces on the market for ČERVA, both from the perspective of business conditions and also from the perspective of technical standards. The company also ensured the implementation of the complete selection procedure for the developer and was fully available to ČERVA from the beginning of the negotiations about the lease conditions to the signing of the lease agreement, specifically the letter of intent. The spaces in the Prologis Park Prague-Airport will serve as the new headquarters and the central warehouse of ČERVA in the Czech Republic.

ČERVA, a wholesale provider of personal protective equipment offers an extraordinarily large portfolio of products with a high stock availability, which it can guarantee thanks to its centralised warehouse, stable team of qualified employees and wide partner distribution network, not only in the Czech Republic, but also within the EU. The company’s guarantee of stability is its strong financial background as well as the stable portfolio of suppliers and customers locally and abroad. In 2013 the company achieved a consolidated turnover of more than 3 billion crowns.
