108 AGENCY won the prestigious CIJ Awards

CIJ, CEE & SEE, the European real estate provider of digital and press releases, hosted already the 19th International Evening of the CIJ Awards in the center of Prague. These Awards belong among the most important events in the field of commercial real estates in the Czech Republic. This year's Awards were held on 28 November in Slovanský dům.

108 AGENCY was nominated in four categories, from which it was successful in winning the statuette in the Best Warehouse Real Estate Agency category. The award was given for the results achieved by the company in the last 12 months, which thus followed the suit of success of the Slovakian branch in the previous week, which won two first places in the Best Warehouse Power Broker Team and the Best Tenant.

In the previous year, 108 AGENCY concluded 73 contracts and brokered the lease of more than 235,000 sq m of modern industrial spaces and also leased almost 14,500 pallet places. The most successful transactions concluded during the 12-month period include the lease of 17,444 sq m of warehouse and 1,736 sq m of office spaces in Logicor Logistics Park in Dobrovíz to the transport company ECOLOGISTICS. Furthermore, for example, the mediation of 8,000 sq m for EMERGE, this logistic hall will serve to expand the production in the CTPark Mladá Boleslav. Other significant transactions included the mediation of lease of 13,682 sq m of warehouse space together with 361 sqm of offices to ARDON SAFETY in VGP Park Olomouc or the new lease of 6,200 sqm of industrial space including 550 sq m of offices for Hydroscand in CTPark Nový Jičín. Thanks to these and many other concluded deals, 108 AGENCY acquired the largest market share in the Czech industrial property market.
