108 AGENCY wins at the prestigious CIJ Awards, becoming Best Warehouse Real Estate Agency for fifth successive time

CIJ, CEE & SEE, the European real estate digital and print news provider, held the 20th annual international CIJ Awards evening. These awards are amongst the most important events within commercial real estate in the Czech Republic. The winners of each category were chosen by an expert jury and CIJ EUROPE readers through online voting.

108 AGENCY was nominated in four categories, and it picked up the winning trophy in the Best Warehouse Real Estate Agency category. The prize is awarded for results achieved over the previous twelve months.

Over the course of the past year, 108 AGENCY brokered the lease of over 320,000 sq m of modern industrial premises. We were involved in a number of transactions whose sale or lease exceeded 20,000 sq m. Some of the major transactions concluded over this 12-month period included brokering the sale of 130,000 sq m of land for industrial development for Prologis in Chrášťany, brokering the lease of 21,450 sq m of industrial and office premises to Minth GmBG at Prologis Park Prague-Úžice, and negotiating the lease of 11,646 sq m of premium industrial and office space to M. Preymesser Logistics at P3 Mladá Boleslav. Through these and many other completed deals, 108 AGENCY gained the largest market share of the Czech industrial real estate market. In 2020, we also set up a new subsidiary in Hungary, and we are working on a number of innovative projects, including an interactive map of industrial development in the Czech Republic.
