108 AGENCY is strengthened by Marcel Metzger. As a Senior Investment Consultant, he will manage cooperation with German investors in the Czech Republic

Marcel Metzger will coordinate the investment activities of German clients and foreign funds and help further growth of the company in the Czech Republic. Also, he will be partially responsible for lease of industrial properties. Marcel has gained extensive experience in the investment sector, especially in Cushman & Wakefield and then in JLL.

Marcel Metzger comes from Germany. He graduated from Frankfurt University with a Bachelor degree of Economics and Finance and from Oxford University with Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment. He started his professional career in the Drees & Sommer real estate company in Munich. After that he started working for the Prague office of Cushman & Wakefield as a Valuation Consultant. In 2018, he moved to the financial and consulting company JLL.
