108 AGENCY expanding its services. New retail division led Jana Pavlíčková

“I’m pleased to have got the opportunity to lead this new division, where I will have the space to apply my many years of experience in leasing commercial premises. I look forward to the challenges this position will bring. I am interested in clients’ actual visions, and I hope we will be able to meet them as best as we can,” says Jana Pavlíčková.

Jana Pavlíčková has worked in real estate for ten years and has extensive experience in the lease of commercial real estate. In 2008 she began work in the division representing tenants for CBRE, where over five years she focused on corporate clients such as Accenture, Barclays, Certicon and Otis. For the past two years, she has worked for developers Lordship.

“Until now, we have only marginally focused on the lease of retail premises. I’m pleased to welcome Jana to our team as our first colleague to focus exclusively on this segment, and we anticipate both an increased proportion of retail transactions and increased synergy amongst our partners and within 108,” adds Jakub Holec, Managing Director of 108 AGENCY.
