108 AGENCY defends last year’s victory in the HOF Awards 2020

The fifth official HOF Awards 2020 award ceremony was held from 26 – 29 May as a special online webinar due to the current coronavirus crisis. On the basis of our victory in a number of categories in the CIJ Awards 2019, 108 AGENCY reached the finals and came top in the Best Warehouse Real Estate Agency category for the second year in a row.

Over the course of 2019, our company sold and leased over 60,000 sq m of warehouse premises in Slovakia. Amongst our most successful transactions, for example, was securing the lease of 6,000 sq m for TPL in the ARETE Park Nové Mesto nad Váhom distribution centre, and lease of 5,650 sq m for GGT within Panattoni Park Košice. In the Czech Republic, 108 AGENCY brokered leases for an area of 235,000 sq m. Our most important transactions include lease of 26,000 sq m for EMERGE in CTPark Mladá Boleslav, lease of 14,000 sq m for Ardon Safety in VGP Park Olomouc and 12,000 sq m for the online supermarket Rohlik.cz in P3 Park Horní Počernice.

108 AGENCY has been regularly achieving top rankings in the prestigious Central European real estate CIJ Awards since 2015. Our Czech and Slovak branches have won a number of categories over the past four years. In 2018, for example, 108 AGENCY Slovakia won the CIJ Best Warehouse Lease award for securing the lease of industrial premises of an area of approx. 40,000 sq m.

The Hall of Fame award is organised by Roberts Publishing Media Group, and it brings together professionals in the real estate field and teams from across Central and Eastern Europe, who nominate winners from the prior CIJ Awards. These series of contests are held in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia.
